Jay Peak Land
Jay Vermont is home to Jay Peak Resort. Up until recently this has been a normal country town in the summer with a ski community in the winter. It’s skiing is commonly referred to as the best of the East and this is likely due in part to its claim of the most natural snow of the East.
Jay Peak Resort has a mindset of becoming a year round resort. A few years ago they built an amazing golf course! If you like a challenge we strongly recommend it. Over the past year Jay has constructed a beautiful new Hotel that could remind one of something you would see in Jackson Hole. Currently they are constructing an indoor ice-skating arena as well as the Club House for the golf Course. This coming year includes the plan to build a second hotel that will sit beside an Indoor Water Park! This is not just a ski mountain any more!
Most of the condos in the Jay vicinity are on the mountain but there are a few privately owned condo setups. If you don’t see what you are looking for on this link, contact one of our agents and they can investigate whether other opportunities are currently available.
Whether you are looking for an outdoor recreational getaway or a rental investment Jay VT Condos are well worth considering.
